Cancellation Policy
We get it — plans change, weather shifts, and sometimes the stars just don’t align.
Here’s how cancellations work aboard the CosmiCycles fleet
1. Standard Cancellations
More than 24 hours before your ride: Full refund, no questions asked.
Within 24 hours of your ride: We ask that you honor your reservation to keep our cosmic cruisers ready for the next traveler. The full rental fee applies.
Weekly rentals: If cancelled within 24 hours, a one-day rental fee per bike will be charged.
2. No-Shows
If you don’t show up for your rental or delivery, the full rental fee applies — no exceptions.
3. Weather Policy
We ride rain or shine — but not in unsafe conditions (lightning, high winds, extreme heat, or cosmic storms).
If CosmiCycles cancels due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or credit, your choice.
If you choose to cancel due to weather but we’re still riding, the standard cancellation terms apply.
4. Late Arrivals
Please be ready at your pickup or delivery location at the scheduled time.
Delays over 15 minutes may shorten your ride time or be treated as a no-show, at the discretion of our crew.
5. Rescheduling
You can reschedule once for free up to 24 hours before your booking.
Additional or last-minute changes incur a $25 service fee.
6. Group Bookings (3+ Bikes)
Require 72 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit.
Within 72 hours, refunds or credits depend on whether we can fill your reserved bikes.
